You might have guessed!!!!! I need to lose weight~~~~:waving:
Alot of weight! My name is Toni, I'm 36, 340 lbs. and I'm trapped inside this big womans body.......:willy_nilly:

but I'm not worried, cause I know there's a weigh out! :hurray:

I'm not trying for vanity, sanity, booty calls or size 4's

I'm trying because I don't want diabetes knocking, Heart disease, a stroke or any of the other diseases shaking the life outta me! :ack2:

I'm looking for you guys :cheers2: for support, to laugh with, to hold you up when you need it and get it back from you when I need it.

I've managed to dodge the sarcasm of others because I am a confident woman, and refuse to let the world make fun of the last people allowable to tease! BIG PEOPLE

I'll turn my :rant: off for now, but I'm just glad to have found you guys!:beating:
 
Welcome to you! I love you personality you are going to be just fine. You will find as much support here as you will need to succeed. Do you have a plan(eating/exercising) Good luck to you Tina:waving:

I do have a plan but being a woman, a still very hormonal woman, I can go between any number of personalities around that time:Angel_anim: then :rant::party:

these are the times that I just want to eat the house out and unfortunately because I don't have any kids to compete with to beat me to it..........I DO:willy_nilly:

So......this is where I'm going to need alot of support.

I am going to start exercising slowly (so, I don't kill myself)

I actually use to be in decent shape and because I'm pretty tall (5'9") and the weight seems to hide well, I've just let myself go and have to make some better food choices than my normal (Candy, ice-cream, sauces.....)
unfortunately, if it's too rich for some, it tastes great to me.
I'm going to start with spicing up my meals instead of greasin' them up with butter.

How have you been able to manage your weight and feel satisfied and motivated?

I've never been one to journal, but I think just writing down just exactly I do eat might help and possibly doing some pictures along the way might help.
