Too Much?

I currently have in my possession bottles of:

- Flaxseed Oil Capsules - 555mg
- Vegetarian Omega 3 - Gelatin Free
- Garlic Tablets 1200mg
- Ginkgo Biloba Tablets 120mg
- Magnesium Tablets with full Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin C 90 tablets
- Omega 3 Concentrated Capsules Pure Fish Oils 650mg - 130mg DHA + 200mg EPA
- Vitamin D Tablets 400iu
- Zinc Citrate Tablets with Vitamin C
- Multivitamin
- Calcium
- Dandelion Root
- Cod Liver Oil
- Hemp
- Kelp

I thought my joint pills, calcium, L-glutamine and CLA were a lot :)

How do you break those up throughout the day?
 
care to expand on that?

They're all quality supplements.. but i feel I am the only person to have all of them.
