Too much?

Is running 20-30 minutes a day, 30 pushups, and 30 crunches every day too much?

I've been doing it every day this week in hopes to lose the weight in my mid section. And ignorance has me believing the more you do it the better and faster the results will be. :confused:
 
Its excercise but your not going to get a whole lot of results if you don't eat right.

I suggest you hit the iron also.
 
Alright thanks, I appreciate it. I've been eating salads every day, but my problem is how much I eat...I only really eat lunch because I'm just NOT hungry. Anything I can do to make myself hungry?...working out definitely doesn't do it.
 
You start training with iron and you will eat. I eat alot more now then i ever did and i'm the leanest i ever been.

Salads have alot of fiber(good thing) so they could be why your not getting hungry. Get some protein in there dude. Chicken, beef, fish, eggs, protein powder etc
