I'm a 35 year old guy who's aim is to tone up and lose weight thru cardio and weights. I try to be in bed by 11pm every nite and i wake up like latest 4.30am in order to reach the gym when it opens at 6am. I find that lately i've not had the energy to be up and going when my alarm rings. I know insufficient sleep affects how i train, etc but is there any supplements that i should be taking?
