Iv been trying a few diets recently, cos im too fat, and i would like to look slim and a little athletic. Im 18 yo boy, 6 foot, and I weigh 12 and half stone. I used to be 13 and half stone, but i lost 1 stone by pretty much starving myself, which I DONT want to do again.
I have pretty good idea of what i want to look like, but the pictures are too nudey to post here (if you get what i mean). Its so bloody comfusing, all low fat, low carbs, low calorie diets. I just want a diet that will do it the best, the quickest, keep my hunger satisified, give me more energy for exercise, be very cheap (my budget is low) and cure cancer too.
So what should i eat? I do weights (dumbells) and crunches on day 1 and squats on day 2, and then repeat (except saturdays, when i take a day off). The problem is, i keep breaking diet, and get upset. I just need to know what i should eat, how much and when. Urrr, i dont ask much, do I
