Too fat, need good diet

Iv been trying a few diets recently, cos im too fat, and i would like to look slim and a little athletic. Im 18 yo boy, 6 foot, and I weigh 12 and half stone. I used to be 13 and half stone, but i lost 1 stone by pretty much starving myself, which I DONT want to do again.

I have pretty good idea of what i want to look like, but the pictures are too nudey to post here (if you get what i mean). Its so bloody comfusing, all low fat, low carbs, low calorie diets. I just want a diet that will do it the best, the quickest, keep my hunger satisified, give me more energy for exercise, be very cheap (my budget is low) and cure cancer too.

So what should i eat? I do weights (dumbells) and crunches on day 1 and squats on day 2, and then repeat (except saturdays, when i take a day off). The problem is, i keep breaking diet, and get upset. I just need to know what i should eat, how much and when. Urrr, i dont ask much, do I :)
 
cardio, cardio, cardio ... to burn fat you need to do lots of cardio especially if you are a little no the heavy side. As for diet, just post what you normally eat in a day ... it's easier to make slight modifications to your current meal plan then to just make one up for you as it may not suit ur taste buds or budget.

You are 6 feet tall and 12.5 stones = 175 lbs! I don't understand why you need any more dieting :rolleyes:
 
dk_rare here, cant figure out how to sign out of my partners username. Well, my tummy is just huge and flabby, same with legs. And I have breasts, they jiggle when i walk! Hmmm, well anyway, im just going for the slim athletic look.

Well, I try to have cereal in the mornings, special K with skim milk is yummy, although alot of sugar in it by the looks of it.

lunch is a pitta bread or tortilla wrap with salad, salad cream and tuna/meat/ but usually no meat.

Tea is whatever is easy and what i fancy, usually chips or summat. I eat low fat whole grain yoghurt as snacks, as well as coffee, glass skimmed milk, mixed nuts, fruit (apples, nannas, oranges etc). On saturdays i allow myself a bit of a treat. As far as i can see i need to eat better for tea, right? I dunno, its so confusing.

And i never seem to have the energy for exercises or even walking.
