Toning...

There's actually a fair bit of muscle starting to build up on my bones, but I can't see it through this flat layer of fat that's just enough to keep my arms kinda soft and make my stomach pooch out...not at all firm like they should be.
I have a problem with carbohydrates. My metabolism is beginning to slow as I enter the final stages of manhood or whatever, and I can't stop eating so many godamn chocolate chip cookies my roommates won't stop making. It's really hard not to get really bad munchies and start chowing em all down.

I want to be really toned and have the kind of body girls practically orgasm over.
The only thing I know to do is stop eating those cookies, but other than that I'm interested in learning what I can do, instead of just what I can't do. Any help?

You can combat the calories you're consuming by drastically increasing your cardio workout times. That will catabolize your existing muscle mass.

You really need to fix your diet, stop eating those really bad carbs and all those cookies. You're doing more damage to your body than is visible through fatty deposits.

i was in the same situation mate, couldnt stop eating crap

this might sound stupid but you just gotta stop, for some reason its like anything else you have to give up, the longer you dont have any the less you want it

True story. And really, once you get eating junk under control, you'll find that you can responsibly treat yourself every once in awhile without it being a problem, or a regular thing.

Trade the cookies for veggies, get plenty of protein, and eat your healthy fats. Lift hard and heavy, full body style, 3 times a week, using compounds. Research and ease your way into some HIIT.

I've been there too. My mom wasn't the best for helping out my diet, but with a little will power, and some research, I managed to get myself out of eating poptarts and cookies on a nightly basis before bed.

Once you start seeing results through an established diet, and workout schedule, you'll love it and just won't want to stop. Infact, for me its HARD to cheat! I feel really bad after.

Try this strategy, I use it with my clients that are having a hard time giving up smoking or another vice that they really need to quit.

Every time you have a craving, or desire a cookie or some sort of snack that you know you should not have drink a tall glass of water and then run around the block, do 20 pushups, 40 jumping jacks, 40 situps, or 15 squat thrusts etc. When you're done with that, if you still want the snack go for it, but as time goes on you'll desire it less and less.
