hey everybody, im sixteen and ive been training/working out for about 4 yrs now and i have a twin who looks almost exactly like me...except for one thing, it seems like his pects are tite, and mine almost sag and bounce around wen i jump around during sparring and stuff, nebody noe why this is and how I could fix it w/o weight lifting cuss i have no real access to that stuph nemore, thx!!!
