Toning up without losing too much fat/Do I look OK? :/

Hello, everyone! I'm a first time poster here, so I need some honest critique and help (can't trust my friends - I'm probably only getting lip service!) from the fitness world out there.

A little info: I'm 22, 5'2", and 107 pounds. I've been pretty sedentary and unhealthy for most of my life and I've only recently (in the past couple of months or so) been starting to revamp my life to be healthier. (Thank God for my fast metabolism.) I'm trying to eat healthier, cut out sugar, avoid anything processed, etc., but I still have a few fat deposits all over. As you can see from the pictures, there's some small pooching of the lower belly going on there and some thunder thighs starting to emerge (I'm surprisingly stocky for 107lbs...). I know I can't really lose the belly fat without losing the fat all over, but to be honest I kind of like it. Otherwise I'd be stick skinny! What is my best approach to toning up the belly, maybe the thighs and chest, without really losing my bust size?

Also, I have pretty low self-esteem so be kind (but honest) with your critique, please! Thank you!

The secret to "toning" up (loosing fat and gaining lean body mass) without ending up skinny or loosing breast size is resistance training: lift heavy weights and add some muscle to your frame, while maintaining a clean diet. Check out the stickies in the weight trainng forum for some suggested starting routines. Remember, there is no difference in the weigth training routines for men and women. Start out with light weights and gradually increase them as you are able. Gains will come quickly at first, and the transfomation will be amazing!
