Hey, i realise that this is the womans section but i am doing this for my mum coz i couldnt give her a good answer.
She wants to know how to 'firm' up her arm by lifting weights or some other thing...she dont want to do cardio
(keep in mind that shes not very much over weight )
She was thinking of lifting my 11 lbs weights everyday and she wants to know 'if this does work' how long it will take to firm up?
