Toning and gaining muscle questions

age 15 almost 16 :rolleyes:
i eat healthy, never really eat junk food maybe once a week, but doubt it Ha, um anyways, ive been running 1.5-2.5 miles a day for the past 4 days and im feeling pretty good about myself :) , i wanna start workin out my arms with some free weights to bulk up my biceps and pecks while toning the rest of my body...i figure it only makes sense the while im toning and gaining muscles results will just show that much faster, but i currently work out my abs too 4-5 times a week, jsut crunches russian twists, up downs in outs, stuff like that...

well if anyone has anything to suggest for arm excersises thatd be cool...

also i want to work out my legs..just not as bad as my arms..if im going to be running average of 2 miles a day do i really need to worry too much about my legs, thanks !!!!!!
 
hey dont just do biceps and pecs you might aswell just work out the whole body its worth it. Your metabolism will go up aswell and it will be easy for you to lose weight. To start off id sugesst that you do a full body routine 3 times a week with rest between each day for example monday-wednesday-friday and when you run run after your work out or on your off days :). search the internet for excercises but use free weights for biceps such as hammer curls 3 sets of 8 hope this helped you.
