Tone legs

I have always had a problem toning my legs. My legs usually get bigger and muscular. Anyone know what kinds of exercises or anything else I can do to make my legs skinnier and more tone?!
 
Yep. Shed body fat.

toning is a combination of working the muscle so it gains definition, and then shedding body fat to show taht definition.

Everything you've ever read/heard about 'high reps with low weight to tone' is a complete myth.
 
Good points from Malkore, as usual. :) If you work on losing some body fat that msucle definition you have should show through nicely. That is best done through a combination of a good overall exercise program and a balanced, healthy diet. If you need any help, please let me know.

Actually, I did leave one thing out :)

If you gain a lot of muscle when working the legs, its because you have a caloric surplus, and the body is using those extra calories to increase lean muscle mass in the legs.
