tomorrow starts my big day, i need be strong enough

well...

I have stopped my diet in Christmas's this year...but now i must return.
The big day are tomorrow...and i have to lose 20 kg.

I have fraid to fail, off course...:svengo:


I have a plan to get success...like made a soop, and i have all most vegetables.


The menu are...


In morning, for the breakfast
- 1 papaya
-water
-tea

In lunch:

- A good portion off soop
- Salmon grilled

At night, too diner:

- soop and chicken grilled


All food are made on grill our cooked without fat, just oliver oil on soop and salad.


what do you think this diet?
 
How many calories are you planning on consuming? and what are you doing with regards to exercise?

It sounds to me that you're thinking diet mindset - that this is a short term solution and when you get close to your goal weight - you'll go back to your old ways... You want to think in terms of lifestyle change -where you do include your favorite foods, and don't deprive yurself -- and you will learn new habits to take with you for the rest fo your life

For a lifestyle change you don't need to be strong -because it's effortless.. you just do it - and i t starts today -not tomorrow.. tomorrow is too easy excuse

I understand you...

Yes, my diet are extreme... perhaps, but i can't lose weight, with a normally diet. First i have to self-discipline, after that and slowly i will made a diet to my lifestyle.

I know for experience, this is the best way to get results...i couldn't controlled now, if i eat 1 piece of bread i eta 4 pieces...first time i have to be extreme behaviour.

I think i have a conflict complicate with food...it's very hard start a diet.

I don't feel this. The change are very hard in beginning.


Today:)D) i'm one diet... I have a temptation...but the dificult was a decision.

And i can't hiding my problems with food...as simple as that.
