.. or lazy people like me. 
I came up with this a few days ago, it's really good and doesn't taste like it came from a can of Campbells. Enjoy!
Tomato Bisque
1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 c. water
1 whole garlic clove; peeled (more or less depending on your taste)
1 tsp. Italian seasoning (I use a Herbs de Provance Blend, but you can use what you like)
Black Pepper to taste
In a blender, combine soup, cream cheese, water & garlic. Blend until it's all mixed up with no sign of the garlic, should have a pinkish color. Dump that into a sauce pan. Add seasoning & pepper. Heat on medium until it just begins to simmer.
**You can make this even lighter if you use the Healthy Request Soup & Fat Free Cream Cheese.
Makes about 2 cups.
