tom yam soup/ thai soup

i want to share this recipe with all of u....
this soup is great with rice.... vermicelli..... and sometimes i even eat it with pasta.........(angel hair)

ingredients:(1 serving)

half big onion (cut into slices)
1 stalk lemon grass cut into 1 inch lengths
garlic (1 clove)(sliced)
2 kaffir lime leaves (cut into slices)
2 tablespoons lime juice
ginger(i inch)
1 tomato(cut into 4 pieces)
tom yam paste (or can substitute by adding more tomatoes)
salt to taste
3 green thai chilli peppers(optional)
half to 1 cup of water

ps: u can add chicken... meat, shrimp, or squid
can also add vegies such as cauliflower, carrot, grey mushroom etc.

how to cook?
boil the water.... then add onion, lemon grass, kaffir leaves, garlic and ginger.cook for 3 min and then add chicken, etc, tom yam paste, tomato, thail chilli peppers and salt to taste. if u like more sour... u can add more lime juice and add more tomatoes. lastly add vegies.

ps: no oil is needed.
