Today I am back on track...I had 3 days where I fell off the course
I am happy and motivated again though! I ate well and exercised today, which makes me feel really good. I need to stay focused and not give myself wiggle room, because I have learned that it only causes me to fall of track for several days. I will continue to be strict, however reasonable
I am happy and proud of my accomplishments today! Not obessing over dieting and not always thinking about it, helps me to stay on track! I will do this before Christmas! I will concentrate on getting healthy and feeling good!
