Today's accomlishments!

Today I am back on track...I had 3 days where I fell off the course :( I am happy and motivated again though! I ate well and exercised today, which makes me feel really good. I need to stay focused and not give myself wiggle room, because I have learned that it only causes me to fall of track for several days. I will continue to be strict, however reasonable :) I am happy and proud of my accomplishments today! Not obessing over dieting and not always thinking about it, helps me to stay on track! I will do this before Christmas! I will concentrate on getting healthy and feeling good!
 
Try not to look at it as dieting that help if you learn how to just eat right your wont ever half to diet a day in your life :).. i haven't felt more stuffed in my life when i started eating right.. more veggies whole grains eating more than 2 times a day... just eat good for you foods and the fat melts off "i do exercise 6 times a week thow"... I started my life change around the start of October and cant wait to see my weight on Monday.. Just stick with it and fight threw any urges you have force yourself to go work out it becomes addicting after a while... My wife says im obsessed now and i told her well i could be obsessed with way worse things for me and smiled at her lol..
