today....

ok so today i ate a piece of whole grain bread with 2tbsp crunchy peanutbuter on it along with a peach and sum ricotta cheese and then i BLEW it lol i had a chicken whopper with no mayo from burger king with a medium fry.....i dont really want to eat anything else cuz im 5'9" and 180 lbs and im trying to lose weight....and the calories arent looking to good..... so what should i do? any suggestions?

well, that was probably 600cals in those two items from BK.

call it a cheat meal, figure ti into today's calories, and get back on the wagon.

if you starve yourself to make up for it, you'll just slow your weight loss even more.
 
You need to be honest to yourself.

Decide what you really want to do with your body weight and how much are you willing to do for that goal. I tell you this because I think you didn't figured it out in your head yet. Going to Burger King is a really bad choice for someone who wants to lose weight.

Those 600 calories you took can be burned with a one hour exercise on a treadmill. Now, it's up to you to jump on that treadmill or cut a problem in the root and cut down your calories intake.
 
I agree with Malkore. Skipping meals to make up for it will only hault fat loss more. Everyone eats something they shouldn't sometimes. That's normal. Don't sweat it. Tomorrow is a new day.

Do you have a set eating plan, with planned meals? Not being prepared leaves lots of room for temptation to go out and grab fast food.
