I am going to ramble about my day a bit
I have had another successful day with my diet and exercise routine! I ate a total of 1150 calories, and went for a jog. I am staying on track and remaining positive. My real challenge will be my trip I go on in 3 days. At first I was nervous I would get off track and mess up all my hard work, but I am no longer letting fear get in the way of my journey. I will reach my goal weight within 35 days, no questions asked! I will have self control on my vacation, as well as every other day. I will bring my running shoes with me and go on a few jogs, and make healthy choices with food and alcohol! The real fear would be in not reaching my goals and continuing to feel lost, sad, and self-conscious. I will not let that happen, and therefore am not fearful of messing up and getting off track, but instead excited to make the right choices and overcome challenges! One day closer to reaching my goals!
