Hi, well after nearly completely cracking up yesturday..I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that replied to my post. I found your posts very encouraging.
I met up with a friend today (she does weight watchers)..and she seemed to think that maybe I seem to be failing because Im trying to do it on my own..I explained to her that i cant join a slimming group as Im a student and cant afford it..lol..so we have come up with our own plan of action..my friend is gonna go to the meetings (as she usually does) and then report back to me on what the talk was about. I have agreed to buy the monthly W.W magazine (as she thinks this will give me motivation). To keep me on track and committed Im going to report to my friend how much I weigh every saturday morning..so in a way..we've got our own little mini group.
My friend has also suggested that every half a stone I lose I should treat myself to something..so..the first half a stone that i lose im gonna have my nails done at a salon.
