How much weight do you want to lose? I'm currently at 138, I want to be at 125 TONED. That's a total of 13 pounds of FAT i want to shed.
What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? I want to lose 13 pounds by APRIL which is MY BDAY!
How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? I will be cutting calories and working out at least 4 times a week. I am going to eat 1600 calories or under a day.
Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? My workout partner JP and my best friend RC. My friends and family as well.
How realistic is your goal? My goals are very realistic, it's about 3.2 pounds a month to reach my goal.

Why do you want to lose weight? I want to attract my perfect boyfriend and overall feel better about myself without worrying about my fat sticking out of my shirt.
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? My eating habits are not good. I'm a emotional eater. I eat when I'm happy and I eat when I'm sad, and I eat when I'm bored. Mostly when I'm bored and happy. that's the worst for me. Sometimes sad, okay all of it, I"m just an emotinal eater.I eat when I'm stressed too.
Where do you go for exercise? Work out at the gym, go hiking sometimes.

Exercise and eating healthy, easier ways to healthy eating. (hate families' way of consumption)

I lost 40 pounds a few years ago and slowly added 10 pounds back.

My eating habits are a lot better but I stopped working out.

trying to control everything i do. my main motivation last time was looking good for a bigger goal. impressing someone special. maybe i can find someone like that =)

this is very difficult for me.

can't cook at home. mom's always in kitchen very annoying. i pack lunches at work.

i eat out too much and need to cut down here or figure out a way to eat healthier out.
