Today And Tomorrow's Menu

Breakfast: A Piece of 100% Whole Wheat Bread with the nuts and stuff on top i put it in the toaster and ate an apple with it. With a glass of water
Snack: Apple with a glass of water
Lunch/Dinner: A porkchop (i cut all the fat off) stuffing, pea's, and half a baked potato. I didnt have anything on my baked potato. With a glass of water.
Snack: orange
Snack: Apple

My lunch or dinner i had messed everything up because i had it so early in the day like around 2. But does that sound healthy enough i ran a mile and a little bit more, then i also played basketball to get in my 30 minute workout session thing.

Then tomorrow I dont know what to have because see we dont have school tomorrow because of president's day. This is what I'm thinking of but if you think i should eat something different let me know.
Breakfast: Egg Whites OR Special K cereal (i dont have any oatmeal)
Lunch: Salad with fat free dressing (should i have croutons on it or no?)
Snack: Apple or Orange
Dinner: Hamburger Helper (the hamburger is only 75% fat free but its the medium sized pack and you know i wont eat even half of the pack or is it just as bad if i eat a little bit of it?) Then i will have veggies with it and probably a baked potato
Snack: Apple---This Snack will be probably eating around 8-ish. Isnt it bad you eat before you go to bed or eat late?


Does anyone have any ideas what i can eat for my snacks besides fruit like anything else healthy. Then aslo if you guys dont mind could you give me good meal ideas because im just a teenager i really dont know EVERYTHING that is healthy for me. Please? Because I do Need Help I'm not fully educated on all of this health stuff.
