To eat or not to eat?

well my mom had a long day at work so i made supper for her, i made caeser salad (from scratch, to control what i put in it) and (eek) Pasta Alfredo :S. I did make the pasta from scratch (flour, extra virgin olive oil, and salt(simple), and some alfredo from the store. Now im wondering if i should eat (in moderation) this meal that i made, or be strong and eat right :S. im thinking it'd be ok on account of it only being this one night, but what are your guy's thoughts?
 
ya i had about hmm... a cup id say of pasta, and about 3 cups of salad. I figured id rather get full on healthy salad than on pasta. It helps not to deprive myself. I figure a tiny bit is fine :p
 
Okay sounds like you did fine. If you get hungry again, try some more salad. Veggies are not high in calories. You can try a vinagarette instead of caesar dressing for lower calorie content.
 
I would have had the salad..but with a fat free dressing....(f.f. zesty italian is wonderful)......and maybe a half cup or cup of the alfredo...depending on all what you had ate earlier in the day.....no need to starve yourself....
 
as long as you eat in moderation, keep up your cardio, and make sure your drinking your water!
