To cut or not to cut

Since the beginning of summer I've cut calories and ate between 1300 - 1500 calories in 4 - 5 meals. My RMR at the beginning of this summer was about 2,100 then as I lost weight it was about down to 2,000, then 1,900, and now it's at 1,800. I'm still eating only 1500 calories in 4 - 5 meals. I've heard this cutting is good, but as your RMR changes you should also adjust you calorie intake, for to few calories can slow your metabolism.
Is this to few calories now? I plan to lose more fat. Should I adjust? If so, how? Stay the same? If so, why?

(I'm also working on bluiding muscle mass, and do 30 + min of cardio 6 days a week. 17 yo. If that has anything to do with this.)

1500 is quite low. you dont want to keep your calories too low for too long a period of time. there is evidence that boosting your calories up now and then can help with fat loss over just keeping calories steady.

IMO, i would suggest not going any lower and instead boosting your energy output.
