Hi,

I'm about a month into my first ever bulk... As it goes i think i'm doing ok.. I was planning on bulking for 5 months and then going on a cut just before summer, and then start the process again next year..

I just stumbled upon someone talking about the 'TNT' diet so thought i'd read up on it abit...

Looks interesting, just thought i'd get peoples opinions on it??
 
Seems to be.. but with different time zones on eating certain carbs etc.. i dno i've literally started readin about it tonight...
 
looks like something to consider after a period of bulking?? when going on a cut? you lose the fat but in theory still feed the muscles?

Pretty much. feed the muscles before, during and after exercise...sometimes with carbs (right around your exercise session). Beyond that, enjoy fat and protein, but very few carbs.

I'm giving it a shot on this cut, but am having a hard time managing some of it...not because of the system, but just based on my current habits and schedule.
