SO- we went with-
Bench- wide and close grip
Squat- Zerk, front, and back
Dead lift- RDL only-- touch the wall. that was a good hint Karky- thanks

Military Press- free standing
AND-- you guy sknow me!
YES-- you guessed it! Turkish getups! they loved that,... I had one make sure the others weight went straight up, and that made them have good form. IT WAS SO COOL TO HAVE MY SON AND HIS FRIENDS WANT ME TO HELP. and then they were even "thank you's" at the end
very happy FF!!
SO--- If I can-- I have 3 boys, all healthy, transitioning into free weights. Whatcha all think are the best lifts to develop their lil bodies!
ALSO-- what are you thoughts on these kids dringking slim fast as a "bulker" they eat a tone, but I was thinking they could add slimfast (calorie concentrated) to the protien shake.
