dontcha love when ya type a bunch and then accidently click a link!
here i go again (but more condensed)...
of last 10 days
exercise: 4 of 'em on treadmill at 35min/2mi, 10min weights, 5min stretches
activity: yard work, installed fence, boarded/deboarded windows, elevated/lowered furniture (hurricane)
I also started counting calories at a 1500 p/d limitation.
and for today...
hour of tennis, followed by 30min circuit training, ending with 5min stretching. keeping at the 1500cal no prob.
