Hi! I am new here and found this forum when I was looking for ways to motivate myself into losing weight. I'm so tired of not being able to keep motivated to lose the weight. I need to lose at least 40-50 lbs to get to where I'm comfortable with myself. I'm happily married, and my husband isn't so excited about the gained weight and tries a little bit to motivate me to lose weight, but it's just not enough. I'll do fine for a few days, and then I tell myself excuses on how I can do it a better way, etc.
I feel that I have done very well as far as my eating habits go, I just need the the physical activity to go with it. I don't want to join a gym because to me, it seems a bit expensive, plus the cost of fuel to go (I live in the country). I do have a treadmill, but that gets boring after a while. Help!! And I look forward to making some new friends in all of this.
