Tips on boosting your immune system??

Hey guys,

I have a friend (23, female, very physically active) has a very good diet, very mindful when it comes to hygiene/germs & gets plenty of exercise.

She is a sports development officer & teaches P.E at Primary Schools all over the Island, so therefore she is always in contact with children of all ages.

She asked me to come up with some sort of nutrition/exercise routine that will stop her getting ill so frequently.

Does anyone of any tips or advice I could pass onto her?

stop being a teacher :) If she's active, eats healthy, and is mindful of keeping her hands clean while at work and still gets sick, then unless she's sleep deprived, there isn't a whole ton that can be done.
 
The best thing to do is to consult a doctor. Doctors might see other things that our naked eyes can't see. Plus, doctors know best.

Hopefully, nothing serious here. Hope AllCdnBoy is right. Just sleep deprived.
 
as a former Nursing student, I can tell you that hand washing is 99% of the battle. Keep sanatizer at your desk for when washing isn't an option.
