Tips help plz

Hey guys,
I just signed up for the gym today... Gonna go on monday wednsday and friday, then either sat or sunday. was wondering if i could get any tips for beginners. Thx,, by the way i'm 5,8 126Lb.

When I first started going I found the following program useful.

Squat
Bench Press
Seated Row
Lat Pulldown
Shoulder Press
Bicep Curl
Tricep Pushdown

I did these exercises in the above order with pretty light weights and did 3 sets of 12-15 for my first couple of weeks. Be prepared to be sore after your first session and you may need to give yourself adequate recovery time before you return to the gym. Good luck with it and hope it goes well!!!!!
 
Hahahah, i'm such a couch potato. Thanks for the info, resting wont be a problem for me. i just gotta diet more, and as for the tips... Thanks
