Hey everyone,
I thought it would be fun to start a thread where we could share little tips or tricks that help us stay on track with our dietary and fitness goals. Maybe this sort of thread has been started before, but I couldn't find one.
My recommendation would be to give a separate post for each tip or trick.
I'll post a few of my tricks that I've talked about elsewhere.
