I am 15, 159 pounds, and 5'4"
I am looking to lose weight. I am over weight. I walk for 30 minutes everyday and I am not sure if this is enough to lose weight or not. is it?
I also eat healthier things and cut back on portions. I was 165 pounds and I am down to 159 pounds now. I would like tips on different workouts I could try, or a workout that worked for you. I would also like some simple meal tips. Healthy things that are simple and easy for me to make. I don't have a lot of ideas right now. Tips, workout ideas, and motivation would be highly appreciated.
