Tip of the week

Each week for most people is a new experience while loseing weight, hence why we all stick at it so well. so what i`d like to know is what was the best thing you found out to do with weight loss for this week?

anything from somthing at the gym, outside the gym exercise,meals, carbs, caleries, if the weather effects your weight loss ect.

My tip of the week is italian meatballs, cooked with pork under the grill. only 260caleries and tastes marvelouse.
