Timing of Protein

Does it matter when you drink it?

cause im scared of loosing muscle during cardio... so should i drink it before/during/after or is there no difference
 
How much cardio do you do? If you're not running 25mi a day, 3-5 days a week, I wouldn't worry about getting a protein shake after a cardio workout.

You need to do lots and lots of cardio to have a disasterous effect.

This would not be good.

If it's fat loss your after, 45 min of fasted cardio 5-7 days per week would be more ideal, as long as your diet is in check.
 
since im just parynoid about muscle loss, i eat something after i do like..any cardio. Just make it healthy whatever you eat. Chicken breast is good with some brown rice. thats how i do it.
