Time to trim the fat:

So I woke up one day and I was 31. I realized I wasn't the slab of concrete I was once was so here I am.

A little of my background: I started lifting at 16, primarily between cross-country (running) seasons. I started taking training more seriously in college, and from 19 to about 22 I was in the best shape of my life! When I started dating my wife her family constantly commented how large my biceps were. (God, I miss that :( ) I've always liked being one of the "big guys".

I look to set up a home gym with a Smith machine; some freeweights; and perhaps an elliptical machine, in the near future. (It will be a while, as I bought my first house barely more than a week ago) This time I want to train right, and get shredded while maintainig a healthy diet and lifestyle.

I forgot to mention, my name is Trey. I'm soon to be 32, a proud father of a 2 year old, and the husband of the greatest lady in the world. I work in the transportation industry and reside in Chattanooga, TN.
