Hi. I'm Jason! I have some huge weight loss goals, and I need help accomplishing them. I'm 6 foot tall, and 240 pounds. I'm 17, and I want to go down to 160-180. The goal is look good, and be happy with how I look. I know I can do it! I just need workout, diet, and any tips! I stopped drinking soda which is huge for me because I had a problem drinking it, I haven't had in weeks. I mainly drink water,tea,milk, etc I need to cut out junk food and carbs because those are my two problems. I need help with a diet because I have no idea what to do. Thank you guys so much!
 
Jason, start recording what your eating at each meal, this can be used to work out where changes can be made that will get you to your goal.
