time to get this started

hello yall i am currently 175 and my goal is 150 and healthy...hoping to reach my goal by christmas.....i been checking out this site and i think it is great and will give this a shot.....wish me luck :)
 
I think your goal is doable - but from my personal experience I might suggest you try breaking it up into smaller more manageable goals. remember not to aim for over a 2 lbs per week loss, and try to do things that you can continue so that you don't regain all the weight you lost once you reach your goal. Keep us updated on your progress!! I lookforward to reading about your success!! :)

thights 25

i am eating 1200 calorie a day, keeping an exercise and food diary.......i am on a good start
