Hey everyone, I'm Jim. It's been very inspiration watching everyone's successful body transformations, and I thought I would share my story as well.

I'm 29 years old and have been sitting behind a desk the last 5 years. I stepped on the scale three months ago and nearly shat myself when I saw 331...At that time, it hit me that I became a couch potato, someone I thought I would never be. And a week later, my Grandma passed and all the family came together. The last time the crew saw me, I was at 260, and let's just say I got a bunch of weird vibes from everyone this time around, especially my dad. It was the first time I felt like my family was disgusted by the way I let myself go. That day I made a promise to myself to change my ways.

8/01/11, I weighed 331, as of today 11/9/11, I weigh 287. I'm 6'5" and have always had a large frame, even when I was playing college baseball and in the best shape of my life, six pack and all, I was still 225. My goal is 240, and I'm not stopping till I get there. Anyone in Pensacola, FL looking for a workout partner?

My progress so far is 56lbs, goal is 91.

You can tell you gained weight later in life , which means you have limited adipose cells, which means after your weight loss you will definitely look quite good again. This is especially noticeable thus far in your face ;).

Good job on your loss so far. Keep up the hard work, and you'll get exactly where you need to be!

Wow, 44 lbs in 3 months?? That's incredible -- great job!! You're really handsome, just wait until you hit your goal! :D

AWow you're doing really well! You look great, can't wait to see you hit your goal :). You even look happier in your last picture.

yesterday at 275lbs! Holidays were hard to get through without gaining to much back, but I'm back on track now!

Gizmo, I was running, biking, and swimming after work, 4-5 days a week up till the beginning of December. Then I decided to leave my "Corporate America" 9-5 job and take on a position on a fishing boat out of Destin, FL. I no longer have had the time or energy to run, bike, or swim when I get home. I've just been commercial snapper and tuna fishing for the last month. More 50-100lb lifts, dips, lunges, balancing, long hours of constant moving then you would ever imagine. Plus I'm getting a little sun too! Thanks for taking the time to cheer me on. This forum is badass!
