time to get back! with yalls help!

I used to play football in high school, as a sophomore I had to collage teams that I could play for soon as I got to my senior year but in the quarter finals of the play offs I got hurt an couldn't play anymore. I for down really bad now 3 years later I'm ready to get back to my high school fitness an hope yall can help me out.
 
Welcome to the forum! Have you taken a look around at the sticky threads? There is a lot of great training and nutritional advice in those posts. I would start there, then start a new thread in the journal section where you can post your plan and have others comment and make suggestions as you go.
