Time for XForm 2.0 ! Current: 232lb Goal: 180lb [15 Years Old]

Hey I just left a post in the introduce yourself and it was pretty weird tbh hahaa! Has anyone brought up s*x and rap for a first impression? Well I did *Facepalm*


Anyway, Lets keep this short!

Age - 15, Height - 6ft 1, Weight - 232.2lb.


Yeah, I'm fat and hate it and have been trying to start eating healthier for a few months do well for 2 days then BINGE so bad! like i'll make soo much bacon, get like 10 packs of chips and pour them all in a big bowl, Drink a f*ck load of soda and do nothing because I'm feeling sorry for myself. Over christmas I gained 10lb and I was like OMG! New max weight ! Why do people like christmas!? So yeah. My ideal body is like Mike from the jersey shore but without the Roid'd popeye arms. I want big arms but them roids make them look de-formed. Uhmm... What else. I'm in high school and I Rap. :)

hey! welcome! i'm a newbie here also :) Ive been signed up for a year and am just now starting to get into losing weight (again). Good luck on your journey! I have faith in you... make sure to take advantage of your highschools gym and weight lifting room (assuming there is one, i can't really remember if all the highschools i went to had one...). Your being in school and having access to those things (for free!) is such a big advantage! Really wish i had stuck with the p.e type classes i had in school instead of faking a period every day (lol..).


just always remember the end goal: a new healthy you! you've got people here to cheer you on...keep us updated =D

Welcome! you will find lots of help and support on here.


After reading your post, the first bit of advice I can give you is to make small changes, It's hard enough having to lose weight without feeling like you are missing out on everything, I think to help you to stop binging after a couple days, you might want to try cutting down rather than stopping altogether(I am assuming that is what you have been doing, so do correct me if I am wrong haha).

So for example, if you eat a lot of chips and drink a lot of soda, maybe instead of cutting it all out straight away, instead cut it down, so if you usually drink 8 cups cut it down to 7 or however much you think you can do without completely depriving yourself.
