Time for a Change

Hello everyone. My name is Thomas and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently weighing in at 6'4", 329 lbs. Beneath the fat I'm very strong and athletic. So, my ideal weight would be around 220-230 lbs. But right now, I'm just trying to get under 300 to try and avoid certain serious health risks.

I had lost a ton of weight a few years ago, I was down to about 260 but I moved back home and have been gaining weight ever since. My problems stem from simply being lazy (not exercising) and having an unhealthy diet. I know from experience that I am certainly capable of losing weight, I just need to be motivated!

Awww....I love your weightloss ticker thingy! So cute!! :) Good Luck loosing the weight! I know you'll be able to do it again!:D
