I make a tilapia recipe that's pretty good. It isn't really a "recipe," though, I just made it up.
You'll need:
4 small tilapia fillets
one can of diced tomatoes
lime juice
dill
1/2 onion
garlic or garlic powder
paprika
old bay spices
Okay, spray your pan with some nonstick cooking spray and heat it to medium/medium high. season both sides of the tilapia with paprika and old bay, and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Once the fish is done, remove it from the pan and add the onions with a tiny bit of olive oil. Saute until soft and add the tomatoes, garlic, lime juice, and dill. Serve this sauce over the fish, and enjoy! It goes well with stir-fried zucchini and squash, or your favorite veggies
