tightening inner thighs?

What are the best exercises or weight machines I can use to tighten up the inner thigh, especially the upper part. I can't quite find anything that really works well. Any ideas? Thanks.
 
Try squeezing an exercise ball between ur knees and hold for 10 count (then work your way up to longer, like a whole comercial), just while sitting around watching tv., and do it for as long as u can. Actually a semi-hard plastic kids ball works too. Then stretch afterward. You get pretty good results after a while.
 
I agree with the squats and lunges. I don't think there is a need for isolation exercises either. Squats and lunges will hit your inner thighs very well.

Like ptdirect said, try the hip adductor machines at the gym. They've helped me somewhat, but then again, I'm also doing squats and lunges... so maybe it's a variety of them all? :)
