Hello to all,I have been working out for the past 5 months I am fairly happy with the results I have seen. At first I started losing weight in my lower body and than my upper body.Even though I have lost weight in my lower body it haven't done to much for my buttocks,thighs and hips.My initial reason to lose weight was to look better in my clothes.Well my pant size haven't gone done much and I like advise on any particular exercises or routines to at least tighten those areas.Thank you in advance.
