Tight legs/ Knocked knees

Hey guys I have a question about fixing my knocked knees

It all started about 8 months ago when I finally adjusted my bike seat to a higher level (since I've been riding it too low for years) and after my legs started getting really tight because the muscles hadn't had time to adjust to the extra range in motion

I went to the doctor about a two months ago, who told me that I should really start stretching my IT band, quads, and hamstrings which will help with the tightness and do exercises like the leg press to strengthen my inner knee muscles to help with the knocked knees.

I started going to the gym about a month and a half ago and my legs have gotten a lot looser from all the stretching, but they still don't look the way they used too

Any suggestions on how I can fix the bend in my leg/knee?

Thanks in advance

You can't, no one is perfect so the best advice I can give you is to stop worrying about it and continue to stretch and focus on leg exercises to strengthen your quads.

Had to skim over a couple of textbooks to answer this one

Your doc is right by telling you stretch. Tightness through the IT band and tensor fasciae latae is often seen in people who suffer from knock knees.

Also consider looking into shoe inserts. This may help.
