Today's Tuesday, and I woke up at the unGodly hour of 5am! I spent about an hour catching up on emails and whatnot, and then went to the gym to squeeze in 20 mins of cardio. (I'm really quite new to working out, and 20 mins is close to the max that I can take at one time. I've accepted that, and I get around it by adding 2-3 sessions per day).

Once I got home, I decided to rake the front lawn. And I had no idea it was so much work! I had no idea it was going to be so windy this afternoon! :rolleyes: But at least I got a bit of activity out of it, if nothing else!

I had a meeting after work and had a few hours to kill in between, so I went to the University's track and did 5 laps (400m) for a total of 2km! Was walking and talking, so it was about 40 mins total. After that, I added another 20-min cardio session at the gym before heading to my meeting.

I'd also like to mention that I tried Spinning class for the first time last night, and it is absolutely sadistic!!! I mean, the class itself was fine (and a great workout), but I've never been so uncomfortable in my life! Those little seats! My God! I am certain it's not due to LACK OF CUSHIONING, if you get my drift, but for some reason I woke up this morning about 8 shades of black and blue! It literally hurt just to sit up to get out of bed! I'm going to try once more next week because it really was a great workout and I'd hate to write it off completely... but I can't say it's looking promising!

Also, does 45 mins of searching for my car keys count as cardio? Yes, I think it does. :rotflmao:
