Hi, I don't see where it says how to put the weight loss ticker in the signature of our posts. Can someone help me? I read something about "Please read below for info on how to put a ticker into a signature", but, I couldn't find the info. Could someone help me please? Thanks!

If you click on the "settings" tab in the blue headings there are a number of things that can be set down the left hand side in a box entitled "my settings". "Edit signature" is one of these...
There is however a delay factor before such settings can be set based on days since joining the forum and number of postings made... Keep making postings and checking every day and you will soon be able to set these things if you cannot do so already... I don't know exactly what the required numbers of each are - but they cannot be too high as I regularly see people set these things that have only been here a short time.
