I started Nutripoints about 16 days ago at the weight of 217 lbs. The last time I weighed was one week ago at 206 lbs. I am going to weigh at the YMCA next Monday. I have had a good day for Thanksgiving. I ate according to the Nutipoint system, 6 Vegatable serving, 5 fruit, 3 grains, 2 Legumes, 2 meat, 2 diary with my points adding up to 329 points which is excellent in the program.
My goal is to weigh 181 by the end of Febuary. Late night eating is my biggest obstacle, especially after I lifted weights in the morning. My biggest discouragement is that I cannot find someone that has do Nutripoints.
I would love to interact with people who has done the eating program.
