I started Nutripoints about 16 days ago at the weight of 217 lbs. The last time I weighed was one week ago at 206 lbs. I am going to weigh at the YMCA next Monday. I have had a good day for Thanksgiving. I ate according to the Nutipoint system, 6 Vegatable serving, 5 fruit, 3 grains, 2 Legumes, 2 meat, 2 diary with my points adding up to 329 points which is excellent in the program.

My goal is to weigh 181 by the end of Febuary. Late night eating is my biggest obstacle, especially after I lifted weights in the morning. My biggest discouragement is that I cannot find someone that has do Nutripoints. :bigear: I would love to interact with people who has done the eating program. :toetap05:
 
Friday, November 23rd

Good eating day. I had to make changes to allow for a day on the golf course. I stayed with in the parameters of Nutripoints. I have one fruit left and I waiting to decide what to have. The late night munchies are my enemies and they trip me up all the time. I cannot wait to return to the gym on Monday. I am even looking to step on the scales. Tommorrow will be toough. The big game in my state is Alabama/ Auburn and my team has been struggling. Every year, it's a streessful day and I am pralying that I will not turn back to one of my many idols, food.
 
November 25th, 2007

I weighed today and I dropped two lbs. I was hoping for more but I'll take it. It was good to get back to the gym. My worked was thirty minutes with dumbells , working upper body and my core. Then I followed with 30 minutes of Cardio. The one struggle game last night, late night. There are some nutrition bars that I can have on Nutripoints. I ended up eating four of them. I was allowed to eat two. Seeing that I lost only two lbs, I cannot help but think to I could have lost more if I had resisted the urge.

Today was another good day of eating. I nailed my servings and my points. I just have to trust the program. Tomorrow has a challenge. I have eating at a luncheon that will have Lasuagna to eat. Nutripoints allows some but not a lot. I plan on working out my legs and abs at gym with more cardio to follow.
