I've been studying and reading a lot about willpower lately and I thought I would share some of my discoveries with you.
Let me kick things off by saying... YES, You Can Have More Willpower :biggrinsanta:
Think of Willpower as something you can cultivate, just like a skill.
There's time in my life where I was unable to get out of bed in the morning.
Sleeping a minimum of 12 hours each and every god damn days.
But those time were not a representation of whether me, Fred, have Willpower or not.
They were just crappy months. And we all have crappy months.
That being said.
If you think that you don't have enough willpower to lose weight,
THINK AGAIN... Because You Can Change That Pirate
