Thought I'd share one

Werent you in ZZ Top? j/k

Ok, here's more pics of me at the 2002 Mr. Olympia -

Me with Lee Priest. I have thin sole'd Airwalks on, and he had thick heeled dress shoes...note I still have 4" on him? That's his wife behind him, she's ripped herself.

King Kamali. He's known to be a ****y, arrogant SOB. Still, he was making time for his fans even though he was trying to leave.

Me and Nassir el Sonbaty. I actually had a few mins with him, talking about training. He really emphasized diet...didn't even wanna talk reps. I bought one of his glossy's and had him autograph it.

Dexter Jackson on the right, no freaking clue who the other guy is. Dexter is another short bodybuilder, 5'4" I think.

Those were all the pics with me. There were maybe a dozen pros there, but we arrived kinda late, so most of the 'big names' had left.

Im sorry but i dont really understand bodybuilders. In all those pics, and from shows I have seen with bodybuilders, their faces look fake, and almost like they are dolls lol. Why exactly do people get into bodybuilding? Whats the need for that much muscle? This is an honest question, not sarcasm.

Good pics tho!

Their faces look like that from the VERY low BF% they are at for the show and they typically don't look like that year round.

LV, also, dont' forget that "thanksgiving day turkey" tan that they got kicking before a competition too. I think that makes them look disgustingly sick...but hey...dark skin does show muscle tone better.

yep, excessive tanning, plus body oil and bright stage lights will highlight muscle peeks, and darken the valleys between muscles so they show up better.

and 'paper thin' is the best way to describe their skin...they get down to 4-6% bodyfat for a show. not a healthy, long term bodyfat level, but it works for their purpose.

Bodybuilding is really about 'perfection of the human form'...more specifically perfection of large muscles on the human body.

The pictures above are all heavyweight bodybuilders. There are other weight divisions where the competitors don't look nearly so 'freakish', aside from the deep fake tans.
