Hi all!!

Well, my name is Suzan, 24 yrs old. I am 1,70 meters and weight 68kg which is approximately 150 lb. I wana lose 22lb reaching my 128lb! that would make it 10 kilos.

I lost now a bit, dont know how much, with taking care of what I eat, and I do cardio too.

I think it's time to stop this and reach my goal weight soon. I know I can do it, but sometimes feel so weak to continue, not weak in strength, but weak as a human, well.. I am honest.

I have been suffering from bulimia since I was almost 15yrs old. It doesnt happen that much, but when I feel nervous and eat a lot, I just can't control it, I just go to the bathroom, and it happens.

I believe that reaching my goal weight will cure me from everything. I will feel better from the outside as for the inside. And other than that, I will stop suffering from bulimia, which makes me scared that sometimes something bad might happen to me, and I say I will stop doing so if I get thin because I will start taking care and will be affraid of gaining any half pound again.

It wont take me long to lose it. I can do it in a month! I know I can! This is what will happen:

- I will stop all kind of carbohydrates from my food. (No potatoes, carrot, corn, bread, rice, pasta, etc)
- No sweets. No sugar. Splenda only if needed.
- I will eat meat, specially fish, and chicken.
- Lots of salads. I die for Greek salad.
- Water is essential.
- Workout 1 hour, 6 days a week on my Elliptical Machine.

I will start this soon, until I bring all ingredients needed for my meals.
I will probably do a diary, and who knows, post pictures at the end!

I would love if someone wants to join me on this journey, as it becomes better!

It's nice to meet all of you, it has been a push up reading some stories and seeing some changes in pictures!

Everyone, keep it up! The feeling after losing the weight, is unforgettable.

Best wishes,

Suzan

Hey. Welcome to the forum, I'm fairly new myself.

Good luck with the loss and also with your eating disorder. Your diet sounds pretty strict though... with an hour of hard excercise each day, 6 days a week, you could probably be a bit more lenient with yourself than that. I know personally I'd never keep that up, but then again everyone's different.

Anyway... good luck. The forums a great place for support and advise. :D

Hey welcome aboard!

Looks like a good plan, but make sure to watch those salads. THey have a reputation as a great healthy meal, but if you add meats and cheese and full fat salad dressing, the cals can add up fast!!

good luck and let me know if you have any questions!

20 lbs is a lot to lose in a month... it's suggested that 1 percent of your body weight a week is healthy- so don't push yourself for amonth.. take your time and it will stay off for good...

Hi all!!
thanks for your replies!!! :) I will take into consideration all advices.. thanks again!!

At the moment, I am into planning how to arrange my meals and stuff since my working hours are a mess.. so I need to arrange everything in the fridge, making it 'ready' to be consumed! hehe u know what I mean..

I am writing down a list of ingredients, and kind of food to be bought soon..

I will let you all know about my progress.. I am really excited to lose the weight..

thanks again!!!

I know it well! If you dont work office hours planning meals can be tricky; about half of my shifts finish at 10pm, and by the time I've got two buses home it's 11pm and I then have to see about getting myself some dinner. But I think you've got a good point there, about getting everything ready in advance. :) Since I've started my diet I've found if I decide on meals the previous day and force myself to stick to it I'm less inclined to eat things I shouldnt on a whim.
