Just thought I would add some more, I love vegetables so here are the main things I eat..
Almonds (5 or 6)
Walnuts same as above all raw.
Homemade soup..some pumpkin, lots of celery, green and red peppers, broccoli. Then pureed.
Eggs.
Poached chicken.
Toasted Ryvitas.
Cottage cheese.
Tuna.
Last Saturday being grand final day (football) went to a friends place a she made a roll for us will everything in it and the roll was one of those that had ham and pinneapple baked on top.
Now since I had not had any bread for about 9 weeks let alone white bread....when I got home it triggered a Pig out. You name it ...I ate it....mega amounts of cheese, bread, pasta, chippies and onion dip.

Now since I weigh every day, I thought I would give Sundays weigh in a miss...but then thought....suck it up woman...weigh yourself.
5.2 pound extra

was a shock and it took me till Friday to loose it.
Hopefully lesson learnt.
I know that weighing ever day might not be good but I bought a new sat of scales and decided I would weigh in pounds as it give that 0.2 reading and even dropping 0.2 is good.
So here is my readings (will only do week to week )
Starting weight 189 pounds
Week 1...182.6
week 2....180.
week 3....177.2
week 4....176.2
week 5....174.4
week 6.....172
week 7....170.8
week 8....168.8
week 9....170.8....two days after PIG OUT.
Today 2 day before week 10 167.8.
Will keep going. mrs woods.
